NYC, SAN JUAN ISLANDS & THE OREGON COAST

This spring, we’re carrying our wines beyond the vineyard, from New York City to the San Juan Islands, and we would love to share a seat with you along the way. Four gatherings, each rooted in place, each shaped by the people around the table. What connects them is simple. Wines grown with care, guided by the rhythms of the land, finding their way to food that is grown, prepared, and offered with the same intention.

This spring, we're taking our wines on the road — from New York City to the San Juan Islands — and we'd love for you to join us along the way. Four events, four remarkable settings, and one through-line: the belief that great biodynamic wine belongs at the table with food that's grown, cooked, and served with the same intention.

THEODORA — NYC
MAY 6 — Theodora's wood-fired, vegetable-forward Mediterranean cooking is practically made for biodynamic wine. Come meet Mini in person on May 6 when our biodynamic duo, Cowhorn and Johan, are the only glass pours all night.
MARLOW EAST — NYC
MAY 7-8 — Our own Chef Derek Piva of Tu Tu' Tun Lodge brings his wilderness-to-table flavors to Marlow East on May 7th and 8th, where Cowhorn and Johan wines are offered as pairings. Mini will be there both nights, when the food and the wine are equally the story.

TU TU’ TUN — OREGON COAST
JUNE 12-13 — Come join us at Tu Tu' Tun Lodge on the Rogue River for an intimate Cellar Series Weekend with Cowhorn's Vince Vidrine and Johan's Morgan Beck — two evenings of winemaker dinners and a technical tasting where our two estates come together around a shared table. Distinct in voice, aligned in values, and deeply rooted in Oregon.
COHO — SAN JUAN ISLANDS
JUNE 19 - Join Mini Byers for a wine dinner at Coho Restaurant on June 19th, where five of our estate wines meet Chef Tim's spring-inspired menu in a single 6 p.m. seating. Rhône-style wines from the sunlit slopes of the Applegate Valley, paired with food that honors the same seasonal intention.
