THIS WEEKEND

The vineyard is a wonderland in the wintertime, and a warm welcome awaits you this weekend at our Applegate Valley Tasting Room. This weekend, our flight features four current releases.
2023 Viognier
Whole-cluster pressed and aged mostly in neutral oak. Sea mist, citrus peel, pear, and jasmine, with a quiet thread of lemon thyme. Textured and full, lifted by bright acidity.
2023 Marsanne Roussanne
Fermented separately and aged on lees for depth and clarity. Tangerine, honeysuckle, apricot, and pear, with a subtle tropical edge. Supple, layered, and gently tense.
2022 Grenache
Head-trained and shaped by warm days and cool Applegate mornings. Brambly raspberry, blackberry, and blood orange, with spice and leather beneath. Dense, vivid, and lifted.
2021 Estate Syrah
A wine built for time. Wild berries, rosehip, black walnut, and earth, opening into black raspberry, purple plum, and a hint of smoke-cured meat. Structured, poised, and long.
Pair them with a charcuterie board featuring cured meats, duck & cognac pâté, fig marmalade, and garlic fudge made from scratch by the new Cowhorn Kitchen chef de cuisine Evan Bolling.

MEMBER BENEFITS

A membership at Cowhorn is a way of staying close to the vineyard — to the quiet work, the shifting light, the slow intelligence of the soil.
Our Wine Club follows the rhythm of the growing season. From dormant canes in winter to the hum of harvest, your cellar reflects what the land has given. Members receive preferred pricing on our biodynamic wines — Rhône varieties shaped by Southern Oregon sun, careful farming, and a belief that the vineyard is a living whole.
There is early access to small releases, of course. Complimentary tastings when you return. Invitations to gatherings held among the vines and in the garden — moments rooted in place, where the wine feels inseparable from the ground beneath your feet.
Your membership extends beyond the vineyard as well. At Cowhorn Kitchen, enjoy a complimentary pour with your meal and preferred pricing when you choose to explore further. And when you need time away, special rates at Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge and The Overlook offer space to rest and reconnect.
This is less about a club and more about continuity — a shared commitment to the vineyard, season after season.
