2024 VIOGNIER
Opens with Meyer lemon and lime zest, followed by heirloom apple, delicate orchid, and fennel fronds. On the palate, it is driven by bright, electric acidity that carries through a seamless, textured mid-palate, offering both lift and quiet depth. The finish is long, focused, and energetic, balancing freshness with subtle richness.
 
2023 MARSANNE ROUSSANE
Complex and energized, with aromas of tangerine and sweet mandarin, candied pineapple, and key lime, which evolves thoughtfully into honeysuckle, honeycomb, tea biscuits, apricot, comice pear, and green mango. Deft, focused, with reserved suppleness, and subtle tartness. 
 
 
 
 
2023 GRENACHE
Opens with brambly black raspberry, tart cherry, and boysenberry, layered with darker, more savory notes of pine, smoked meat, and forest floor. With relatively low alcohol, bright acidity, and fine, dense tannins, it moves with both energy and weight, offering a focused, Old World expression that is both grounded and age-worthy.
 
2022 ESTATE SYRAH
Crystalline dark fruit: black plums, sweet dark cherries, wild blueberries, brambly marionberries, and loganberries, with ripe black olives, incense cedar, warm forest floor, and bakers chocolate. The mouthfeel is bright towards the front, layered throughout, with youthfully exuberant broad rounded tannins.

Cowhorn's tasting room becomes a landing zone for Rat Route 238, a celebrated annual paragliding event that sends 100+ pilots soaring from Woodrat Mountain through the Applegate Valley along Highway 238.
