READY-TO-DRINK WHITES & CELLAR-WORTHY REDS

Spiral and GSM are back.
Two wines that disappeared from our cellar faster than we could have imagined have returned, alongside the new 2024 Viognier and 2023 Grenache.
The 2024 whites feel alive with energy and tension, wines to open now, pour cold, and pass around the table. The reds are just beginning to unfold, already showing the depth and generosity we love in Cowhorn.
Four new releases, each speaking clearly of the vintage, the vineyard, and the time it took to bring them here.

2024 SPIRAL
The 2024 Spiral is a blend of Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, offering a balance of generosity and restraint. Aromas of white peach, pear, and gaia melon are layered with kiwi, lime zest, and a mineral note of river stone. Supple yet structured, with bright acidity and fine tannins, it finishes with energy and elegance.

2024 VIOGNIER
The 2024 Viognier offers subtle, lifted aromatics of Meyer lemon, lime zest, and heirloom apple, layered with orchid and fennel frond. Whole-cluster pressed and aged in mostly neutral oak, it moves with bright, electric acidity and seamless length, delivering both freshness and quiet depth.

2023 GSM
The 2023 GSM is elegant and lifted, blending Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre into a wine of bright red fruit, wild blueberry, and cranberry, layered with rose petal, pink peppercorn, and bay leaf. Lithe and graceful, it carries fine tannins and a long, energized finish.

2023 GRENACHE
The 2023 Grenache is brooding and expressive, with black raspberry, tart cherry, and boysenberry layered against pine and forest tones. Driven by bright acidity and fine, dense tannins, it carries an Old World sensibility with depth, structure, and intention.
