Join us for a cookout inspired by the spirit of Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge. We’re bringing Chef Derek Piva’s wood-fired cooking from the lodge to the vineyard, with generous seasonal dishes and a selection of new Cowhorn releases to pour alongside them. As the sun goes down, plates are passed, bottles are opened, and dinner unfolds at its own pace. Equal parts cookout and vineyard dinner, it’s a distinctly Applegate way to welcome fall.

The menu captures fall at its peak, with each course paired with current releases and library selections from biodynamic estates Cowhorn and Johan. High above the vines, dinner unfolds against sweeping views across the Applegate River Valley.
