Three evenings this summer. Fourteen seats each. June, July, and August at The Overlook on the Cowhorn estate — the first three experiences of a new residency with MÄS and NAMA creator chef Josh Dorcak.

After a riverside pop-up at Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge and ongoing collaboration with Cowhorn Kitchen, our next adventure felt inevitable: a summer residency at Cowhorn’s biodynamic Applegate estate.
Perched high above the vineyards, The Overlook — a luxurious eco-modern retreat with sweeping valley views — is the sublime setting for the first three dinners of the new residency.
The Rogue Valley food scene has never been more abundant. Legendary farmers, foragers, and fishers are a steady source of impeccable ingredients that rival those of the world's most storied culinary regions.
This new seasonal residency at The Overlook is driven by a fierce focus on flavors from the Rogue River watershed and the extraordinary bounty of Oregon's finest producers.
Those who join us will experience adventurous ten-plus-course tasting menus paired with over 30 Oregon-grown wine varieties from two biodynamic estates—Cowhorn and Johan.
We invite you to taste what happens when a hyper-seasonal chef's counter and a biodynamic wine estate set the same table on three summer evenings.
